IN ORDER TO MAKE YOUR RETURN, WE WILL ASK YOU TO FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING STEPS TO ENSURE THAT THE RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED.

1- MAKE THE RETURN REQUEST WITHIN 2 WEEKS AFTER RECEIPT.
2- MAKE SURE THAT THE ARTICLES STILL HAS ITS IMII LABEL, AND THAT IT IS IN GOOD GENERAL CONDITION. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION YOU RECEIVED IT, UNWORN OR UNUSED, WITH TAGS AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
3- PRINT THE RETURN VOTE TO PLACE ON THE PACKAGE. IF YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED, WE WILL SEND YOU A RETURN LABEL, AS WELL AS INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW AND WHERE TO SEND YOUR PACKAGE. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR REQUEST FOR A RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
4- COMPLETE THE SENDING WITHIN THE DURATION IMPOSED BY THE SCHEDULE

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEIPT AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM, SO THAT WE CAN EVALUATE THE PROBLEM AND FIX IT.

WE WILL NOTIFY YOU ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED YOUR RETURN, AND WILL INFORM YOU WHETHER OR NOT THE REFUND HAS BEEN APPROVED.
