ORDER TRACKING: ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. YOU CAN USE THIS NUMBER TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE ON OUR WEBSITE OR ON THE CARRIER'S WEBSITE.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES: WE DELIVER TO RESIDENTIAL, BUSINESS, AND POSTAL ADDRESSES. PLEASE ENSURE YOU PROVIDE A COMPLETE AND ACCURATE ADDRESS WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER. WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS OR DELIVERY ERRORS DUE TO INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES.


REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

REFUND INFORMATION: Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount of any refund (except in exceptional cases).

/!\DROP SUMMER: Items are exchangeable and/or refundable only if the sanitary pads are intact and the swimsuits are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).

To ensure greater security, we recommend that you contact our customer service department at wecare.imii@gmail.com to arrange your return. You may also return the items yourself, but we cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise. In all cases, items must be returned in a clean package, with the packaging intact and carefully sealed.

We also inform our valued customers that return requests must be made within two weeks of receiving your package at the delivery address or pickup point.

ALTHOUGH WE HOPE THAT YOU WILL BE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PACKAGES AND OUR ITEMS, WE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU MAY CHANGE YOUR MIND OR HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR SIZE CHOICE.



IN ORDER TO MAKE YOUR RETURN, WE ASK THAT YOU FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO ENSURE THAT THE RETURN IS ACCEPTED.

1- MAKE THE RETURN REQUEST WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF RECEIPT.
2- ENSURE THAT THE ITEM STILL HAS ITS IMII LABEL AND IS IN GOOD CONDITION. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU RECEIVED IT, UNWEARED OR UNUSED, WITH TAGS AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
3- PRINT THE RETURN LABEL TO PLACE ON THE PACKAGE. IF YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED, WE WILL SEND YOU A RETURN LABEL, AS WELL AS INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW AND WHERE TO SEND YOUR PACKAGE. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR REQUEST FOR A RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
4- MAKE THE SHIPMENT WITHIN THE TIME FRAME SPECIFIED ON THE SHIPPING LABEL.


DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS


PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEIPT AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM, SO THAT WE CAN EVALUATE THE PROBLEM AND RESOLVE IT.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED


FOR REASONS OF COMFORT AND HYGIENE, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF UNDERWEAR ARE NOT PERMITTED. HOWEVER, IT IS POSSIBLE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE INVISIBLE BRA FROM OUR SHAPE COLLECTION, SO THAT EVERY PURCHASE PERFECTLY MEETS YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
